For years, I’ve navigated the fast-paced corporate world in data analytics while simultaneously feeling called toward something deeper: wellness, healing, spirituality, movement, and conscious living. Yoga has become the bridge between those worlds. What started as a practice for the body has slowly transformed into a way of reconnecting with the mind, spirit, and inner alignment.
Through yoga, I’ve discovered that true wellness is about presence. It is about learning to listen to the body, regulate the nervous system, become aware of the mind, and create space for personal transformation.
My teaching blends mindful movement, breath, awareness, and intentional sequencing to help students feel more connected to themselves — physically, mentally, and energetically. I believe yoga should feel accessible, grounding, empowering, and deeply human.
